1) Stand with your feet hip-distance apart and your arms at either side of your body.

3) Keep the front knee over the toes and don’t let it go beyond the toes.

4) Return to standing position and then lunge backward keeping everything else the same.

5) Repeat steps 2 through 4 for 60 seconds without stopping or resting in between movements.
